Privacy notice

What we store

Only what you enter: your email and password (handled by our sign-in provider; we never see your password), workouts and sets, routines, cardio, body weight and measurements, progress photos, body-composition results, nutrition and water logs, sleep logs, goals, and any notes — including health details you choose to record. Your timezone is kept in a cookie so dates are correct.

Who can see it

Only you. Every record is tied to your account and the database refuses to show it to anyone else. Progress photos are stored privately and shown to you through short-lived links. There are no ads, no analytics trackers, and we don’t sell or share your data.

Services we use

• Supabase (United States) — database, sign-in and photo storage.
• Vercel — hosts the app.
• Resend — sends account emails (confirmations and password resets) to your email address.
• USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts — receive the food names or barcodes you search for, nothing about you.
• Anthropic (Claude) — only if you use the body-scan photo reader: the photo is sent to read the numbers off it and is not stored by us.

Your choices

You can download your workouts, nutrition and body data any time (More → Data export), and edit or delete individual entries in the app. To delete your account and all of its data, use More → Delete account; it happens immediately and can’t be undone. Questions? Contact the person who invited you.
